Enjoy a firey welcome with a Fire Ceremony Performance and then wander in to
lean into the safe and sacred space carefully set up for you to experience the power of connection to your own body through conscious dance. Here, we embody mindfulness and emotional regulation, allowing us to integrate these practices into our daily lives. This inclusive event incorporates elements of somatic therapy and trauma informed care while leaning into the ancient wisdom of our bodies. Join our Somatic Movement Class

Rise with the morning sun as you enter into a gentle, replenishing space to experience your mind/body connection through somatic therapy, including somatic exercises and movement meditation. We offer our services in a trauma informed environment to ensure a supportive experience.

Camping Experience - Lean into the gorgeous countryside, set up camp or rent a setup…whatever feels good for your level of comfort and ease and find yourself held and connected with likeminded beings for a lovely prolonged visit with both movement experiences, fire performance, hearty soup dinner, chai around the fire, and smoothie brekky all included.
